A Model of Coaching
Going through a class about and with coaching, I started noticing siomilarities between theory and models, and between different models.
By looking first at the origins, I begun to reconstruct and restructure, build and rebuild.
In the end, this model, intended for my own personal understanding, ended up giving an image of the structure, origins and meanings of a coaching conversation.
