Addition to the Aarhus Schoool of Architecture

This building, placed on existing pillars osd an underground parking garage, attempts to create an athmosphere of togetherness in a school spread around in many buildings.
Inspired by Sou Fujimoto, this addition tries to meld and separate the social spaces around the more closed part of the programme, the classrooms. These can also open up and create larger spaces by opening garage doors placed strategiclly, allowing for interaction and cooperation.

By letting the upper parts of the facade be covered in vines, the shading and character of the spaces change not only during the day, but through the year.
