The plot sits on a square across from the existing Carlsberg Tower, and is made up of shared functions and a store on the ground floor, with apartments from the first floor up.
The apartments consist of a core of closed functions, but with a livingroom with sliding doors towards the wide hallways with lightshafts.
The sharing of lives thereby becomes easier, as the commmunity in the building differentiates itself from the more private kind of life around it.
